Why this exists: The Fair prohibits promotional material on the grounds without licensed space and sells no advertising to non-sponsors. Official sponsorships start at $25,000. On-grounds ad packages run $13,000 — and the Fair must approve your creative, which can't name your booth, your location, or a fair-only deal. We're off-grounds and unregulated: in the vehicle say what you want (let's be adults).

What you're buying

Not reach. Ten screens over twelve days is about 2,300 rider-impressions. At standard in-vehicle CPMs that's a few hundred dollars of media, and we're not going to pretend otherwise. If you need volume this month, buy a billboard.

You're buying position in a network before it has one. Category exclusivity nobody else can hold. Your logo on shirts moving through the densest pedestrian event in the country. And the story that you were first.

What it builds

Ten screens are funded and rolling either way. But every $705 a partner commits puts one more screen out there for all twelve days.

Your plays per ride never change. The network they run on gets bigger. Every partner who signs makes every other partner's spot worth more.2

Four ways in

You're buying a floor, not a share. Your plays per ride are fixed and don't shrink as we sign other partners.1

Partner spots aren't first come, first served. Paid partnerships are selected, not sold on a queue. We weigh a range of factors — company ethics and conduct, category fit, whether the creative belongs in a stranger's back seat for twelve days, and the mix of businesses we want representing the network at launch. Submitting an inquiry starts a conversation; it doesn't reserve a spot.4

Full book: 67 plays per ride against a 72-play budget — every floor holds with headroom. How plays are counted →

Ten screens are guaranteed.

The only question is whose ads are on them.

advertise@mobl.media

1 · How plays per ride are counted

Ads run in a continuous loop of 10-second slots. A rider sees the loop for the length of their trip, so plays per ride depend on ride length and the number of ads in rotation.

Stated floors are calculated against a 12-minute average ride (72 slots), our conservative planning assumption. Longer rides deliver more plays than the stated floor; shorter rides may deliver fewer. Floors are campaign averages, not a guarantee for any individual ride.

Plays are not people. A play is one appearance of a creative on one screen — not a unique viewer. The same rider may see a creative several times in one trip. Mobl Media does not currently measure unique reach and makes no unique-reach claim.

2 · Fleet and impression estimates

Fleet size, ride volume, ride length, and rider counts are estimates based on our launch fleet model and publicly available rideshare research and data. Actual delivery will vary. Screen counts above ten are contingent on partner commitments and are not guaranteed. Rider-impression figures are modeled, not measured.

4 · How paid partners are selected

Founding partnerships are not allocated first come, first served, and are not awarded by payment order. Mobl Media selects partners at its sole discretion based on factors including but not limited to: the business's ethics, conduct, and public record; category fit and exclusivity; suitability of the creative for a captive in-vehicle audience; and the overall mix of businesses representing the network at launch.

Submitting an inquiry does not reserve, hold, or guarantee a spot at any tier, and no partnership exists until Mobl Media confirms it in writing. We may decline any inquiry for any lawful reason, and no payment is collected until a partnership is confirmed. Stated spot counts are the number of positions available at that tier, not a queue position.

3 · Founding Local Business Drawing — official rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

  1. Sponsor. JALM Group, Inc. DBA Mobl Media ("Sponsor"), Minneapolis, Minnesota. Contact: advertise@mobl.media. The Sponsor is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Minnesota State Fair or the Minnesota State Agricultural Society.
  2. Promotion period. The Founding Local Business Drawing (the "Drawing") begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Central Time on July 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Central Time on August 13, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device.
  3. Eligibility. Open to businesses that are legally operating in the seven-county Twin Cities metropolitan area (Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott, or Washington County, Minnesota), entered by a natural person who is 18 years or older, a legal resident of the United States, and authorized to act for that business. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers, and contractors of Sponsor, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their spouses) and household members, are not eligible. Limit one entry per business, regardless of entry method; duplicate entries will be disqualified.
  4. How to enter — two free methods, equal odds. (a) Online: complete the free entry form at mobl.media/drawing during the Entry Period. (b) In person (free alternate method of entry): sign a non-binding letter of intent ("LOI") with a Sponsor representative during the Entry Period, which enters you automatically. An LOI is not a contract, requires no payment, obligates you to buy nothing, and may be withdrawn at any time before a partnership agreement is signed. Both methods are free and receive exactly one entry with identical odds. Purchasing a partnership, or signing an LOI, does not improve your chances of winning. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or submitted outside the Entry Period are void.
  5. Winner selection. Thirty (30) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received, conducted by Sponsor on or about August 14, 2026. The random drawing is final and binding in all respects.
  6. Odds. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. By way of example only: if 200 eligible entries are received, the odds are 30 in 200 (15%).
  7. Prize and approximate retail value. Each of the thirty (30) winners receives placement of one (1) static advertising creative in the Mobl Media soft-launch rotation for the duration of the Minnesota State Fair (August 27 – September 7, 2026), at a floor of one (1) play per ride as described in note 1. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each prize: $600. Total ARV of all prizes: $18,000. ARV is based on the current published price of the comparable Bronze founding partnership. Prizes are awarded "as is," are non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is available except at Sponsor's sole discretion.
  8. Winner notification and prize conditions. Potential winners will be notified by email at the address provided, on or about August 14, 2026. A potential winner must (a) respond to confirm acceptance within five (5) business days of notification, and (b) supply compliant creative (1280×800px JPEG or PNG) by August 21, 2026. Failure to do either, or return of a notification as undeliverable, results in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected at random from remaining eligible entries. Sponsor may require a winner to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release where lawful. Sponsor reserves the right to reject creative that is unlawful, deceptive, or unsuitable for a general in-vehicle audience.
  9. Taxes. All federal, state, and local taxes on a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners of prizes valued at $600 or more may be required to provide a taxpayer identification number and will be issued an IRS Form 1099-MISC.
  10. Contact and privacy. By entering, you agree that Sponsor may contact you about this Drawing and about its advertising products at the email address and phone number you provide, including by automated telephone call or text message. Consent to these communications is not a condition of entry, of winning, or of any purchase, and entry is not conditioned on any purchase. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages, or email advertise@mobl.media to opt out of all contact. Sponsor does not sell entrant information. Information collected is used in accordance with Sponsor's privacy policy at mobl.media/privacy.
  11. General conditions. Entry constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, or not received due to technical failure. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Rules, and to cancel, suspend, or modify the Drawing if fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs its integrity, in which case winners will be selected at random from eligible entries received prior to the impairing event. Except where prohibited, disputes will be resolved individually under the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
